John K. and I arrived early at the host hotel for the Friday night cruise and Barbeque. I spent the two and a half hour ride up photographing John's ride which is the finest of the breed. We found lots of people hanging out, talking birds, and having a great time.

I always applaude this car, a 1977 Skybird with Trans Am accoutrements. The owner's mother bought this car new and when he took possession he decided to customize but keep to the car's heritage. This is a great "what if" car.

This is a fine example of the 1980 Indy Pace Car. All parts on this car were looking brand new.

A lot of people like to knight ride their third gens. Why not, that all black paint scheme looks invincible.
